Waterford Ridge is a newer Crescent Community on Lake Keowee. Almost one-third of its 52 lots are waterfront lots, and many have mountain views. The community has a short walking trail leading to a private pond. Waterford Ridge just 5 miles from Seneca and 10 from Clemson.
