This pristine private, master-planned community offers exceptional lifestyles for discerning individuals.
Developed by Greenwood Communities and Resorts, The Reserve at Lake Keowee is a 3,900-acre, private lakefront community tucked into one of the most beautiful and untouched regions of the Southeast. Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains on the shorelines of Lake Keowee, The Reserve is the ideal community for golfing, boating, fishing, water skiing and swimming. A 7,112 yard Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course heads up more than $100 million of amenities already in place, including a 200-slip marina, a 20,000 square-foot clubhouse, tennis courts, a fitness center and guest suites.
The focal point of the community begins lakeside at The Village. The Village is home to the new general store, meeting house and post office. The pool pavilion is two pools featuring a zero gravity entry, fountains, Jacuzzi and poolside grille which overlooks Lake Keowee. Coming soon will be the full-service marina with dry stack boat storage, lakeside residents and dining facility and a fitness center with indoor swimming.
At the other end of the Village and connected by the rolling green grass of the Great Lawn stands the Orchard House, a 20,000 square foot members clubhouse, a Racquet club with an interim fitness room, six-suite Guest House, croquet lawn, golf practice facilities, and the golf course.
Golf course, mountain view and estate homesites begin around $200,000, waterfront homesites from around $475,000 and custom-built homes from $750,000 — all depending on availability and current market factors, of course.
The Reserve at Lake Keowee hosts community activities and cultural events such as hosting the Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles 2008 Designer Showhouse. They have a Signature Concert Series and ongoing art exhibits.
