The following figures are for all residential properties (homes, condos and townhomes) in Lake Keowee communities. They reflect the overall trends year-to-date and for 1 month compared to the same month the year before. These figures include all lake front and interior residential properties and land where the listing agent marked the lake name in the MLS as Keowee; this also includes lakefront properties that are not in subdivisions.
