Emerald Pointe is a highly desirable, established and sought-after Lake Keowee community developed by Crescent Resources. Amenities include a Lakeside Clubhouse with pool and a great view of Keowee. All Crescent Communities have wide streets with storm drains, street lights and underground utilities.

The shaded leisure walk leads from the clubhouse to the community docks which are accessible by golf cart. In addition to the 40 waterfront lots there are 35 interior lots which all have deeded boat slips. Due to the location and beauty of this community, homes are rarely available.
